Synopsis:
Story of events that unfold between 2 - 6 pm on a particular Wednesday in Mumbai. Prakash Rathod, Commissioner of Police, Mumbai receives a call threatening bomb blasts in several parts of Mumabi and the caller demands release of 4 militants in lieu of the information on locations of these bombs. Rathod deploys his force to resolving the issue while tackling the mysterious guy through several phone conversations.
