Synopsis:
Happy Singh tries extra hard to make people of his village happier, but in the process ends up creating a mess of the situation. Tired of his antics, the villagers sends Happy Singh on a mission to Australia to reform amd bring back the notorious underworld leader Lucky Singh, who is bringing bad name to his community. Happy Singh undertakes the journey and with a funny turn of events ends up paralyzing Lucky and becoming the underworld 'Kinng' himself. In the midst of all this adventure he also meets Sonia, the love of his life.

Verdict: Colorful Delight
A colorful movie - in every respect. There's color on the screen - all bright and gay and there is a lot more color in the funny one-liners. Akshay Kumar as usual excels in his funny happy role and carries off the movie single handedly. But the movie does demand you to leave your logical brains behind when you settle to watch Sign in his Kinngly avtaar. And why not, its pure simple unadulterated fun. The music too is reasonably peppy and cinematography is a spectacle in many shots.

.....Blame it on the charisma of Akshay Kumar, but Singh is Kinng is going to find its audience despite being a no-brainer. And, the audience isn't going to be just the Singhs, spilling across the globe. It's going to be people like us who are suckers for corny comedy that breeze across the screen in a string of unstoppable gaffes, demanding nothing from you, other than a bunch of goofy grins.......
Nikhat Kazmi, The Times Of IndiaCluck cluck. He has this yen for a hen. And so for an entire reel, Happy Singh chases a murghi around those Punjab mustard fields. Hen flies, someone mentions butter chicken, Happy runs after hen again, breaks a TV set and demolishes everything in sight, particularly your patience. Surely, it has to improve after this. It doesn’t.......
