Synopsis: Raj a successful broker, is disturbed every night by the night watchman's whistle. Raj appeals to Janardhan, the secretary of the building society, the next day, but the whistling is merely replaced by the banging of the stick as according to him the safety of the community is much more important than the comfort of one individual. Janardhan tends to overcompensates for his failure to make it big in life by passing overzealous orders.
